About Me
Hey, I’m Aymane.
The story behind TheNextLevelSelf
My Story
While most people follow the traditional path — study, work, rest, repeat — I chose a different route. As a State Engineer from Rabat, Morocco, I’ve been running multiple businesses simultaneously, which exposed me to an incredibly diverse range of people, from different social backgrounds, mindsets, and life experiences.
That exposure changed everything for me. I started noticing patterns. Why do some people thrive while others stay stuck? What separates those who grow from those who don’t? The answer was never money, intelligence, or luck — it was always mindset.
Why TheNextLevelSelf?
I created this space to share my vision — a vision that life can be seen differently. That personal growth isn’t a destination, it’s a journey inward. A psychological, mental, and spiritual evolution that transforms not just what you do, but who you are.
Here, we don’t follow routines. We question them. We explore ideas that make us uncomfortable, conversations that push us forward, and perspectives that help us travel through our own minds to become better versions of ourselves.
Real Conversations, Not Just Theory
A lot of what ends up on this blog doesn’t come from books alone. It comes from actually sitting down, one-on-one, with people in this community — real conversations where someone can just say out loud what they’re going through, get pushed back on gently, and think out loud until something becomes clearer. Doing that consistently, across very different people and very different situations, has taught me more about how people actually get stuck than any single course could have.
One pattern keeps showing up. The moment something goes wrong — a setback, a rejection, a plan falling apart — people tend to panic internally first, as if the problem itself had moved into their chest. But most of the time, whatever caused it started somewhere external: a decision, a circumstance, a bad piece of timing. It doesn’t have to be dragged inside and left running on a loop in your head. I’m not a therapist, and I’m not trying to sound like one. What I’ve picked up, mostly from listening, is simpler than any clinical framework: most problems actually get resolved by what you do next, not by how long you sit with them in your thoughts. Practice moves things forward. Overthinking just keeps them company.
My Mission
To help you see life from a different angle. To give you the tools, the mindset, and the inspiration to build yourself — from the inside out.
Your Growth. Your Legacy.
